I haven't read the Hunger Games, I shall add it to my list. I have to admit I enjoyed some aspects of the first Twilight book, the utter overwhelming nature of being in obsessive love with someone was a fun thing to return to, but by the end of the series I have to say I was horrified by it (in a feminist outrage way, not a good Lovecraftian way). Good point about fairy tales, is it just their age or that we heard them as children so we accept them as not a reflection of reality and like them anyway?
